The property is quiet and has received excellent feedback from guests. The garden is a popular feature as it attracts many squirrels and different types of birds. We have even had visiting ducks who appear from a pond in the next door garden!

The property is located in the north Oxford suburb of Summertown just off the Woodstock road. Oxford city centre is 10 minutes by bus and the bus stop is 4 minutes walk from the property. Summertown is a five minute walk away and is a lively shopping area with a choice of 3 supermarkets, several delicatessens and an excellent French bakery!
