This is a ground floor apartment consisting of kitchen, living/dining room, twin bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for a comfortable stay and has a washer/dryer and fridge with icebox. The living room has a pine dining table with four chairs, leather 2 seat sofa and easy chair. The living room is south facing and looks over private gardens although shared with other apartment residents. There is a patio area with table and chairs.

The bedroom has twin beds, a south facing window and a spacious wardrobe.

The property is quiet and has received excellent feedback from guests. The garden is a popular feature as it attracts many squirrels and different types of birds. We have even had visiting ducks who appear from a pond in the next door garden!

The property is located in the north Oxford suburb of Summertown just off the Banbury Road. Oxford city centre is 10 minutes by bus and the bus stop is 4 minutes walk from the property. Summertown is a five minute walk away and is a lively shopping area with a choice of 3 supermarkets, several delicatessens and an excellent French bakery!
