Our short lets vary from a minimum of one week to several months or more, but two weeks is the average length of stay.

Flexible options for owners with Weekly Home

As an owner with Weekly Home, you have three options, all offering separate advantages depending on your circumstances. Click on each one for further information:

• With the owner managed option, you manage your own property, with responsibility for check-ins and departures, linen changes, maintenance etc.
• With the fully managed option, we manage the property for you, taking all responsibilities for check-ins, departures, linen changes, maintenance etc.
• With the leased option, you lease your property to us on a shorthold tenancy, and we then short let it ourselves.
