What is included in my rental fee?

All our properties are fully furnished and equipped and the tariff includes a weekly linen & towel change, heating, lighting, water, electricity, council taxes, television licence & welcome pack.

Check in time

Our standard check in time is 16.00 hrs. It may be possible to check in before 16.00 by special arrangement with the owner (a supplement may be payable).

Check out time

Our standard check out time is 11.00 hrs. It may be possible to check out after 11.00 by special arrangement with the owner (a supplement may be payable).

Are sheets and towels provided?

Linen (sheets and towels) is provided. The laundry service provided will vary from property to property. Some owners will provide a weekly change of laundry, other owners will leave several sets of laundry for use during your stay.

Who will meet me at the property?

Either the owner or their representative will meet you on arrival. In some cases the owner may make arrangements for you to collect keys, or will leave keys in a safe place for you to collect on arrival.

Who do I contact in case of problems during my stay?

The property owner or their representative is the first point of contact during your stay. Before you check in you will be given the full contact details of the person to contact during your stay in case you have any questions or problems.
