Good location for the city centre, with nearby shopping places and bus stop. Quality furnishings – induction oven we used for the first time was superb. Superior sound-proofing resulting in a peaceful environment, on a main road. Excellent architecture, lighting arrangements. Very helpful and approachable landlord. Having a bath-cum-toilet and another toilet was a big help.’
